The Most Important Supplements
Many cannot afford all the supplements I recommend in my ALS / MND Protocol. I often get asked what are the bare minimum / most important supplements.
Seeing how most have Lyme and have had antibiotics, here’s my reply ~ The minimum / most important supplements you will need ( for those who’ve taken antibiotics and have Lyme ) *because antibiotics and Lyme screw up our vitamin D receptors thus requiring us to take a lot more vitamin D ( in the proper form of D3 & K2, NOT in D2 as Dr.’s prescribe!! )
We also need 6-18 x’s more B1 when fighting diseases, thus many forms of B1.
Most have H Pylori and don’t even know it (the Sacharromyces boulardi will be the best for H Pylori / SIBO and resistant strains of Cándida like Albicans).
If brain fog persists, switch to L-Threonate ( magnesium ) and if both brain fog and constipation persists take 200mg’s magnesium Citrate & 200mg’s L-Threonate
This is NOT a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Everything depends on gut / GI health.
Approx. 70%+ will need these supplements and in these doses.
Most recommended supplements:
- Unfortified Nutritional Yeast (real B Vitamins) Add 2-3 tbs w/ 1st meal
- Allithiamine (real B1) 1 capsule / day (50 mg) w/ 1st meal
- Emerald B Healthy (take as directed w/ 1st meal)
- Benfotiamine- 300 mg’s 2 x’s / day w/ Food
- D3 & K2 ( 50,000 IU’s 2 days / week, take on back to back days one week and 3 days apart the next week and 10,000 IU’s the rest of each week. Repeat every week.
- Dr Bergs Gallbladder Formula ( w/ Food but only 1 capsule / day…)
- Dr Bergs Organic Wheatgrass Juice Powder (20 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal)
- Dr Bergs Trace Minerals Enhanced (take as directed w/ or w/out Food)
- Dr Bergs Electrolyte Powder ( take as directed w/ or w/ out food )
- Icelandic Sea Kelp ( take as directed, 1 tablet w/1st meal )
- Instant Immunity ( take as directed on the bottle )
- Sacharromyces Boulardi 100 Billion ( take as directed )
- Both liver support supplements ( rotate them weekly, take one liver support supplement for 1 week then stop taking it and take the other for a week and repeat every week ) and use as directed on the bottles
- Dr Bergs Magnesium Glycinate ( take in the evening )
- TUDCA ( best to take on an empty stomach twice / day )
- Increase Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin A & Vitamin C By 50% (by vitamin C I mean real vitamin C, like from sauerkraut (not ascorbic acid!!).
